Initiate Request
Log in to your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
Verification & Approval
Upload clear images of the product and its packaging; our quality control team will review and approve the request within 24-48 hours.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a courier partner to pick up the item from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Beardo wallet within 5-7 business days.
